Step 1: Get Your IP Address
When you are currently on your office computer, take a look at your desktop background. Within the lower right corner you will see white text that displays information about your computer. Make note of the one labeled "IP Address", it should start with 10.150. Make sure you write down the whole number, you will need it in Step 5.On the desktop lower right corner write down the IP address of the workstation. Note the label "Address" in the image below write down the entire address of 10.150.15x.xxx you will need this information for Step 5.
Step 2: Install Citrix Receiver
If you already have the Citrix Receiver installed then you can skip to Step 23.
Click the link for the type of computer you will be using to install Citrix Receiver.
Within the download page, choose the option for Windows or Mac.

Save File:
Install it by double-clicking the saved file and following the prompts to install.
Run:
Mac: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver/mac/receiver-for-mac-latest.html
Within the download page, choose the option that says either,
"Download Receiver for Windows" or "Download Receiver for Mac"
Once the file downloads, install it by double-clicking the file and following the prompts. The Citrix Receiver plugin is now installed.
Step 3: Open the Baptist Citrix Portal
Navigate to Open an Internet Browser and type the following address.
https://satxcitrix.etenet.com , remember, use
Note: Type in your SATX or desktop login credentials even though it says "etenet.com"login credentials NOT eTenet. Your SATX credentials is the username and password to your office workstation.
Step 4: Open Remote Desktop
After you have logged in, you should have a page similar to the below, your "Remote Desktop" icon might look different but will be labeled "Remote Desktop".
Go ahead now and click on the The Application Portal page will display, click on the "Remote Desktop" icon circled above. Once it opens, you will be presented with a dialog box like the one pictured below..
Step 5: Connect to Desktop
Within the dialog box pictured aboveThe Remote Desktop Connection box will open, type in your ip address gathered IP Address (from Step 1 then press ) in the field labeled 'Computer' then click on "Connect". You will be asked to login, remember, use your computer login and
