Problem

You are not able to access the internet on your desktop and are getting repeated prompts for a username and password.

Prompts are similar to the below, requesting a username and password for 'ten-satx-proxy.proxy.local'

Solution

More than likely your account password has expired or your account is locked out. To find out which problem is the cause, just log off your desktop then try to log back in.

If your password is expired then simply create a new one, if not, call the Tenet support center at 210-297-8721
