When you open Respondus Lockdown Browser and receive the message "No servers found for this institution that support auto-launching"
This happens because you have installed Lockdown Browser from another school.
- Uninstall/Remove all Lockdown Browser's installed on your device
- Restart your device
- Login to Moodle and go to your course, click on the exam.
- Click on the link to install Lockdown Browser on the exam page.
