Problem

When you open Respondus Lockdown Browser and receive the message "No servers found for this institution that support auto-launching"

Solution

This happens because you have installed Lockdown Browser from another school.

  1. Uninstall/Remove all Lockdown Browser's installed on your device
  2. Restart your device
  3. Login to Moodle and go to your course, click on the exam.
  4. Click on the link to install Lockdown Browser on the exam page.
