Gain access to Invoice Processing using WebApps
Your login credentials will be your eTenet account.
Step 1: Click on Web Apps
Located the 'WebApps' icon on your desktop
Step 2: Configure Compatibility on Microsoft Edge browser
Note: If you have configured your browser, skip to Step 3.
Click on the 3 dots located on the browser menu and click on 'Settings'
In the search box, type in 'Compatibility' and set the settings to the following.
- Option 1 - Incompatible sites only (Recommended)
- Option 2 - Allow
Click on 'Restart' to save the changes
Step 3: Click on App Support
Log into eTenet Portals
Step 4: Click on eTenet
Click on 'eTenet' located on the top menu bar
Step 5: Click on App Support
Step 6: Click on Invoice Processing
Step 7: Internet Explore Reload
This application requires Internet Explore to run the application.
Click 'OK' on the pop-up message
Click on the 3 dots located on the browser menu and click on 'Reload in Internet Explore mode'
The browser will refresh - Click 'Done' on message box
The following message bar will appear on the browser. The eTenet system will prompt you login back in and will open Invoice Processing to access.
